Occupancy commences at 15:00 on the day of arrival, Until 10:00 on the day of departure.

The prices are for the rental of the property as described are for the period of one week - however, additional days are charged pro-rata.
                                                                                                    The prices include utilities unless otherwise stated.
                                                                                                Prices include supply of fresh linen once a week
Clients are expected to keep the house clean and tidy.
