Occupancy commences at 15:00 on the day of arrival - Guests are required to depart by 10:00 on the day of departure.

The prices are for the rental of the property as described for the period of one week - however, additional days are charged pro-rata.

The prices include utilities unless otherwise stated.

Prices include supply of fresh linen once a week - beach towels are not supplied

 Guests are expected to keep the house clean and tidy as they would their own home.
