The private swimming pool (11.5m x 5m, 1.2 – 2.2m deep, is heated by solar panels) with sunbathing terrace and lawn, it has a lovely Pool-house complete with inside seating area, stereo, books, small kitchen area, toilet and shower.  (Additional heating for the swimming pool is optional at £165 p.w.).

 A fully Kitchen fitted with breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The Sun-lounge/dining-room has a large seating area, TV, videos, Radio and books.  The full length French-windows have outstanding views and ample room for sunbathing. The covered Bar-B-Q area also has a shaded seating area.
